Domestic shipping is available through Australia Post.  Crystal D'Lites offer either standard or express post options.  Our Crystal products are shipped from the Illawarra area of NSW Australia For more information please see our shipping policy.

How to Return  

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please message us upon delivery to resolve any issues.  We strive to provide an accurate description of our products and aim personally select ethically sourced crystals where possible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Should your delivery come damaged, please keep all packaging, photograph the damage and contact us writing 24 hours of delivery.  For further information, please see our returns and refund policy.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

Please note Crystal D'Lites do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, however if you contact us we may do so at our discretion.
